Yesterday, I took a day trip to DC's Theodore Roosevelt Island. After many years of living in the area, its about time I visited this little treasure. The island memoralizes one of the Nation's favorite presidents and his dedication to nature. Check it out:
My parents took me and a bunch of kids there for my birthday in like 6th grade, and this one kid got angry cause some of us were tossing acorns at him, then he threw a huge fit and my dad had to tell him to calm down. It was pretty hilarious
